How Many Shakes a Day?

How many shakes do you have a day?

I have three totaling 900 cals and 60 g protein. Natty PB in there too

i have some whey when i first wake up with breakfast, whey before the gym, whey and casein mix after the gym, than casein before bed

thats not much protein for 3 shakes, usually one scoop is 25 grams of protein ? so you should be getting at least 75 minimum from your shakes ? wat protein do you use ?

weight gainer shake pre and post workout, then casein before bed.

3 shakes/day

180g protein
2700 cal.

I do however many it takes to get me to 400+g protein for the day (including meals).

That includes my PWO which is 60g, and a ‘two scooper’ when I get up (40+g).

Often I drink a with my meals if it’s not a steak or a big-ass hunk of fish.

I use e3 Whey Protein.

1 blender bomb for breakfast
1 BCAA shake before training
1 whey post training
Sometimes a casein pre bed

Depends on the day and the circumstance.

Tomorrow I have school from 11-3 and work from 4-?, so you can bet I’m probably going to be on a “V-Diet XXXL.”

Some days I can get by without any shakes, though.

If I had to try and make an average, I’d say two that total around 1000 cal and 140 g protein.
