How Many Grams of Whey in a Cup

well my container didnt come with a scooper so im curious how many grams are in a cup of whey protein…im using 80% but i can do the math for grams of protein…i looked online some sites say 125 but others say 160-200…an the search was for flour since whey didnt pop up

does anyone know by chance?

its just 80% whey that i bought in bulk…no particular brand

A standard protein scoop has a volume of 77cc, a cup has a volume of 236.59cc. If a standard protein scoop has 20gr of protein (roughly 80%) then a cup of that whey will have about 61.5 grams of protein.
