you don’t deadlift 6 plates and only bench 2 plates. I can bench 225 for around 20 reps and literally just got a 585 deadlift. Also, the guy you linked most likely never touched tren. You can achieve that on test alone… that physique is nothing special for a gear user honestly. You really need to work on building your foundation if your bench is only 225 for max. I benched 225 the first time I walked into a gym at age 16. Please, don’t rush into a physique. Build a good background on technique, diet, stretching, gear dosages and usage, as well as a strength foundation in your lifts.
Don’t tell me what I do and don’t I do deadlift 6 plates for 1 rep max! But my bench is very poor.
If your bench is that poor than my assumption is your either doing your deadlift on the smith, or you are using 25lb plates. Take our advice or leave it dude, because you are arguing with people who actually know what they’re talking about. There is literally no way in hell you have the grip strength to pull 585, but can’t push the baby weight of 225 for more than one rep. Are you really fat because that is like the only explanation of having a good leg foundation with a bird chest. I’m not even trying to insult you, but it’s obvious when someone is lying about numbers. I dont care if you bench 225, and deadlift 4 plates, you hopping on gear is your decision. I just don’t want you to die from abusing hard gear like an idiot.
Lol fuck off a smith machine no it’s because I focus more on deadlift than bench didn’t bench for like 2 months while progressing on deadlift squat!
I didn’t bench for 6 years and it was still better than 225 (although I had a Dead and Squat better than 6 wheels as well). What you’re saying doesn’t add up.
