I live in a dorm at my school, and below is pretty much an accurate portrayal of my daily eatings. Can anyone just give me an estimate of how many calories it is roughly?
11:30am
1 bowl Frosted Mini Wheats
1 bowl Frosted Flakes (both with skim milk)
1 bowl peaches
1 piece of Watermelon
2pm
1 foot-long cold cut sub from Subway
7pm
1 bacon cheeseburger
1 8 oz piece of terriaki chicken
2 lemonades
2 pieces of Pita bread w/ Hummus
1 bowl peaches
1 bowl grapes
10:30pm
2 pizzas pepperoni pizza
Thanks!! This is pretty standard for me and I have no idea if it is how much I need to be eating, but I reckon its not enough.
I’m not going to calculate the calories for you. That’s your job. Also impossible to do without having a better grasp of what your portions are. But I can tell you now, you’re not getting enough protein. Some meals barely have any at all. Like breakfast. Beef it up with eggs, egg beaters, cottage cheese, turkey sauasage, etc…
So to me it looks like you are getting 95 grams of protein per day. Not nearly enough. Redo the diet plan and also have an idea of how many calories you want per day.
To be honest I read as far as your breakfast and I stopped, I couldn’t go on…Your breakfast is completely imbalanced, you’ve got a lot of Carbs and a lot of sugars, no fat, protein!?

Read up, look into any and all nutrition articles, your diet is terrible, even for a cheat day. Look into http://www.T-Nation.com/readArticle.do?id=1793585 and put your thinking cap on. Get ready to change alot of things if you ever plan on taking this seriously.
