If I separate a bunch of egg whites and put them in the fridge, how long will they last?

if you actually seperated the whites from the yolks and stored them in the fridge, i personally wouldn’t keep them in the fridge for more than couple days.

now if you buy pasteurized egg whites that come in a carton, they tend to last a long time depending on the expiration date. i’ve seen come exp dates up to 2 months from date of purchase. however the carton says use within 7 days of opening, i’ve gone up to 2 weeks with no problem.
