just finished a cycle of test and winstrol. not the best combo, but my question is. how long should i wait before starting my next cycle?

You should take as much time off as you were on + 2 week! you should be taking nolvadex for at lest 4 weeks after. And you should read books on this before using!!
i took arimadex and hcg during the cycle. why cant i just take more to combat estragen. and yes i need to know more so anything you can tell me will be helpful. also is there any websites i can go to, that would also be helpful.
Start by giving people enough information to help you. What did your cycle look like? What did your PCT look like? How old are you? etc.
lets see, 500 mls of test cyp a wk 50 mls twice a wk winny. arimadex half ml a wk. 2500 ius of hcg a wk. hope thats right, still working on mls and ius. dont have all down yet.
I’m thinking you meant 500mgs of test c and 100mgs of winny each week?
First off, thats a lot of hcg per week. Next time go with 250ius E3D.

my mistake it is250 ius twice a wk . also the serm i take is arimadex? any more info would be helpful on what im supposed to take and do between cycles would be helpful.
No SERM is your nolvadex or clomid, you could have read the “SERM and AI” sticky, it would given you a description of SERM’s and AI’s.
A little background info on Estrogen Control:
When looking to control Estrogen, we have two choices. These are SERMS and AI’s. SERM is an acronym for Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator, and AI is an acornym for Aromatase Inhibitor.
SERM’s:
Let’s take a look at what SERM’s do and our SERM options. SERM’s, by definition, compete for the space that Estrogen binds to. This receptor is then full and cannot accept the estrogen and therefore cannot produce the effects of estrogen. Some of the more popular SERM’s are: Clomiphene Citrate (Clomid), Tamoxifen (Nolvadex), Toremifene Citrate (Fareston), and Raloxifene hydrochloride (Evista).
AI’s:
Now let’s look at some of the AI’s and how they work. AI’s, by definition, prevent aromatizable steroids from converting to Estrogen via the aromatase enzyme. Some are more effective than others. Some of the more popular ones are: Anastrozole (Arimidex), Aromasin (Exemestane), and Letrozole (Femara).
So what are some facts and uses of the different SERM’s and AI’s?
Well, some AI’s take time to build up blood levels and therefore need to be utilized for a certain time before they are effective, whereas SERM’s go to work immediately.
SERM’s: so they do 2 differant thing. could you explain in english what that is. and if the only diff is that serms work faster why cant i keep taking ai’s as i have been taking arimadex since the begining of the cycle. thank you sorry 4 acting so ignorant to the fact.

The longer you are off the greater your loss of gains but the more chance that you will maintain natural T production. Your time time will be dependant upon your goals and your long time desire to remain free from TRT
time on + pct = time off
I hope you have yet to dive into a cycle… There is much for you to learn… I would get under someone who knows there stuff and is a GREAT teacher… It will not only save you time, but money and health…

i do have mentor who knows pretty much everything. but hard to pick his brain on specifics. i guess that was a dumb question i posted. just trying to find info on what to do between cycles. i know read the stickies. some of it helps but not all. what i need is someone to walk me through it so i would know what to do.
