How Long to Feel Better from a Crashed E2?

At the end of the day your T3 is still below ranges, T3 drives every cell in your body, your brain and even your sex drive.

No I dropped it right after that last blood work a few weeks ago. I had really sore nipples for a few days then they were ok for a few, now they are a bit tender again.

Yea but my T3 has been low(even lower) for years so I doubt it’s that unless there is some sort of feedback effect from losing weight.

So over the last month and half you have lost 20lbs and dropped a drug you were taking?

Yes on the weightloss. I dropped the anastrozole about a week and a half ago. The low libido started about 3 weeks ago.

My point is that you have had a major shift in body chemistry on several fronts. It may take a while for things to reset and even out.

Well the only variable that changed previous to my decrease in libido was the weight loss. Though the method of weightloss, met and intermittent fasting would be potential factors. Though I’ve done those before with no ill effects.

A major drop in body fat changes a lot of things.

Hey all, so all of a sudden, after three months of my regime without an ai, my nipples hurt. My weight hasn’t changed. I’m goin for lab this Friday but wanted to know what the current thinking on taking an ai is when symptoms start to show. Thanks.

@kidcharlemagne. Not sure if you’re still active on here, but did you ever recover? I’m dealing with a similar situation…

Everyone is different but here is a thought. Taking Nolva, and some AIs will drain you of energy. If you drop all AIs and SERMs for a couple days, and take 500iu of HCG, you should feel better quickly, if overuse of SERM/AI is the problem.
