No more than 45mins for the right reasons.
50 mins - 1hr. Minimum rest in between sets and focus on form.
chest, shoulders, and tris - 50-55 minutes
back, traps, and bis - 60-65 minutes
legs - 45-50 minutes
You do whatever it takes to get strong. Fuck that 45-60 min shit.
If u need 3 hours to get strong and huge, you fucking take 3 hours.
If you need 30 minutes, then take 30 minutes.
there is no law on training length
as long as it takes =) usually bout an hour or just over, soon to be probably 1.5hrs cos im starting uni again so can only train 4x not 6x a week. Mm… gym now.
I go however long it takes to get my #'s for the day on ME days, DE days I take 1 minute breaks, and w/e shit so usually round hour/15min to 2 hours at times
My workout never stops it’s from when i wake up till when i go to bed, even then i’m still growing…
lol usuall 45mins-hour.
Twice the length of time from the middle of the workout to the end.
Kind of like the length of a piece of string, but not like the length of a floppy ‘member’.
40-50 minutes
4 exercises
About an hour for me, 20 sets or so.

This right here. I dunno, I can’t fathom how people spend 90 mins on weights.
From those that do, how many sets are you doing? rest periods? talking to people?
