Anyway does anyone have any thoughts on the advertisement of “krill oil” (red pill). Does anyone know how it stacks up against Flameout and other fish oils.
Also, anyone have any thoughts on salmon oil (40$ more expensive than regular fish oil)
go for omega 3 only oil made from sardine mackrel and anchovy. ideally go for the liquid version or buy Flameout. better for your cash. The only caps i can think of that are better than the liquid is Flameout.

I think krill oil is great in theory, as to my knowledge it is astaxanthin + EPA/DHA.
Thing is, astaxanthin is the ‘media-darling’ anti-oxidant miracle as of late, so the price of anything with that component is going to be very high.
So financially, Fish oils still win. And given EPA/DHA concentration with added CLA isomers, Flameout is the clear winner.
