132 at 5 8 ? Your main concern is your body fat?

Seek the help of professionals.

In matters of measuring bodyfat and otherwise.

I don’t see why you put your body in extreme mode unless you’re a pro and make money out of it. Reaching this percentage of body fat is one thing, but keeping it is something else. I don’t really know for what period it can be maintained without serious negative consequences. 5% is extremely low level in my opinion.

If you keep posing like that you’ll freeze there and be stuck like that for good.

Is that what you want?

I will admit I up my weight in the first thread because I knew I would get comments like this one that I should not be cutting at 132lbs I just want to be bruce lee lean

Dude, lying to the community and ignoring all the info you got from your previous topic makes you a jerk.

Start giving back and stop taking.

I just want to be bruce lee lean

I will do my best to give back to the community the reason why I lied about my weight in the first thread is because I know people will just tell me to bulk up

Yes because I want to be bruce Lee lean

Well that’s great. But can you back the look up? Or will you be one of those people that are all show?

It’s telling that you think explaining that the only reason you lied was to mislead and deceive people makes it somehow justifiable.

Of course I will continue to get stronger

No I’m sorry for lying about my weight I did because I just thought people would not understand that I dont want to be a monster I just want to be shredded like Bruce Lee

Didn’t Bruce Lee die when he was 32? Hmmm…

I sincerely have no idea how to represent the deep hysterical and convulsive laughter that is taking place in the deepest regions of my heart and soul.

Bruce lee died by a allergic reaction to pain killer that he took for his back

Back pain from an injury he got from good mornings.

Using a light weight.

That a bigger man would not have the same issues with.

Just find a picture of Bruce Lee when he wasn’t super lean. Mission Accomplished.
