Why do you keep using the word “shredded”? One would assume shredded means a good amount of muscle with low body fat. You are missing the part about muscle, you’re simply skinny.

I may not have alot muscle mass but so did bruce lee and he was a great athlete and I know what I’m talking about when it comes to stay shredded year round

Aside from - we can see your ribs my thighs are bigger than your waist.
Possibly you’re chest also.
In fact I’d go evens on my calfs (combined) being the size of your waist (I’m lucky when it comes to calfs).
Fyi - I think you need help. Not flaming or being a smart ass. But your body image is devoid of some reality. And its a short jump to that being an illness.
Research, be honest with yourself and if needed come back here for advice.
