How Has TRT Affected Your Ability to Focus?

Personally, I’ve noticed a direct correlation between my concentration and TRT (both positive and negative at times). Wondering how many of you guys have noticed this correlation as well. Concentration and fatigue are the primary things I’ve been trying to improve.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at a young age, but when I was on the daily a protocol my mind was rather sharp, could multitask and had what seemed like unlimited energy.

Hmm how long into your dailies protocol until you noticed this? I’ve noticed my mind very sharp at times on TRT, however, not really while on my dailies (3 weeks today without changing anything).

One week is when I started sleeping like a baby and is when the energy increased, I didn’t even feel any fluctuations. I never experienced any of this on a EOD protocol.

Yeah I’m sleeping perfect since on dailies, but this whole time been feeling the usual low e2 symptoms - joint pain, depression, fatigue. Only good thing is I don’t have the headaches and cloudiness I feel from high e2, nor am I emotional at all. My intent is to stick with this protocol the whole way through, but do you think it’s a red flag 3 weeks in?

Your levels aren’t elevated and it’s only been 3 weeks you can’t expect results so soon.

There are red flags, it’s only been 3 weeks. I’m a hyper responder and things happen quickly for me, not everyone is going to see things happen so quickly. You need to stick with things for at least 8 weeks unless you labs results are low.

My set point where I start showing benefits is low, this tells me my threshold is also low and that my optimal level isn’t very high in the ranges, right around 400 ng/dL which is well below the point where some men start to experience low testosterone.

Ok that’s what I thought. So it wouldn’t be worth getting TT, FT, E2 at the 4 weeks mark? I would only get those to see how far off my levels show. Like if everything just showed low.

At 8 weeks I’ll get those plus thyroid panel.

I would wait till 6 weeks, this needs to become a habit because 4 weeks is just too early.

Get these at 6 weeks and then again after 8 weeks, or no point if not feeling good?
