How Has Covid Affected You?

Outside of stores buying into the hype by trying to enforce mask requirements and outside from watching others’ wanting to wear a mask because they believe it does something, COVID has not affected me in the slightest. I have not worn a mask (outside of where I’m forced to) and have not been sick.

The reality is that while there was a virus and it affected a lot of people, the hype of said virus is what really impacted everyone.

It has shored up my gratitude for having not suffered as badly as many millions, like Tim, have.

And all those other people who lost loved ones and stuff too.

But yeah, masks. Boo hoo.

Yes, I’m grateful as well not to have suffered as many others have. There are those that have lost loved-ones and I truly sympathize.

Even more people were lost during the H1N1 strain roughly 10 years ago and there were no lock downs, mandatory face coverings, and blatant infringement on personal freedoms. So how come this time, it’s somehow different and it’s completely acceptable to infringe on the natural, born rights of our nation’s citizens? This is just something to ponder.

I would contend that it’s not just “boo hoo” about masks. The forceful mandates of mask wearing or else is nothing more than a litmus-test of what the general populace will tolerate. It’s about forcing conformity with the threat of second-class citizen status.

Further, I would challenge anyone to think about what is coming next. Do you really think the powers that be are going to stop at just wearing masks? What follows? The forceful vaccination of EVERYONE regardless of whether your healthy or not? You know, “for your own good”.

It won’t just stop with masks.

This all sounds like somebody who would be complaining about a lack of German chocolate during WWII while everybody else was planting victory gardens.

And this all sounds like someone straw manning by not addressing a single point I brought up even though they started the rebuttal in the first place.

LOL

No it isn’t.

To be blunt, Its me calling you a whiney bitch.

Now fuck off with your weak assed bullshit.

What are you twelve? Look guy. If you are going to make a reply, at least actually address just one point I made.

If I wanted to argue with Laura Ingram I’d join the cast of Fox News.

You’d fit right in with Fox News, CNN, NBC, and the rest of the usual suspects. You debate just as they would. No actual addressing of points and emotional responses. Then when called out on it, resort to name calling.

Now go ahead and get your government, mandated vaccine your college professor told you would help everyone because “we’re all in this together”.

You got me bro! I give up. I’ve been flushed out and shown for my true self!

:joy:

Wait till the pronouns in my gender studies club here about this!

No effect at all. Life never changed.

An interesting thing is beginning to happen. It’s like some people don’t want whatever it was that was or wasn’t happening to end.

Nope. You’re completely wrong. You’re off by 590k. Fifty times more died in the US from Covid than from the swine flu. It’s a five second google search.

This time?

Do you walk with a limp from polio? No? Why not? Maybe due to forceful vaccination?

In addition, from the “healthy or not” comment I get a feeling you do not understand how vaccines work. They’re…vaccines, not cures.

Great! As long as you’re willing to admit it.

I got mine voluntarily.

Not before a giant blockage formed incredibly quickly in one of my coronary arteries though.

Probably bloodclots that broke off from the lesion in my lungs that occurred from contracting a hoax.

But woooo Scary Masks!

I would respectfully ask that when sighting evidence, don’t use a wikipedia source.

I understand perfectly how vaccines are supposed to work. They are supposed to keep those who haven’t contracted the virus from getting it. The COVID “vaccine” however, does nothing of the sort. It’s more of a booster shot than a vaccine as it does not keep you from contracting the virus.

My reservations about the government forcefully making a populace take the vaccine still stand. I could care less if it’s happened before to stop polio. It is not for the state to decide. It’s for the individual to decide. “My body, my choice” and all that.

Because you can’t let facts get in the way of a good story.

:laughing::+1:

That’s funny considering your idea of debating is emotional responses and name calling.

I thought you left because you “can’t argue with Laura Ingram” but then you come back? Not sure what’s really going on with you but I find it amusing.

Look buddy. Get your vaccine. I’m sure the government has your best interest at heart and nothing at all will happen. When they tell you that you can’t go where you want to go or do what you want to do, I want you to lock-step and follow in suit. Sheep are the best at that.

Maybe try actually coming up with some original points on your own instead of posting emojis and being overly sarcastic. Just a thought.

This is all I ever hear any anti-mask/vaccine people say. “A mask! A vaccine! All right sheeple, see you all in [insert communist country]” Who knows. Maybe it’s true. But it’s all just the exact same vague fears, so…not too original, haha.

I personally am not “anti-mask”/vaccine". I could care less what others decide to do when it comes to their personal attire or what they choose to do with their health. The problem is, they expect me to join them. I would be nice to be afforded the same courtesy I give to others.
