How Fast Does Hematocrit Lower When Reducing TRT Dose?

Trying to rule out some things that could be causing my heavy breathing and pounding heart. Suspecting maybe dose is too high.
40mg EOD. It very well may not be this.

But, as topic asks, how fast would i feel better if indeed it’s hematocrit causing my issues if I reduced dose?

A blood donation would be the fastest way to know your issue is hematocrit related, but lowering your dosage, if hematocrit related, may provide symptom relief in about one week with further improvements continuing for weeks.
