Nice. So I actually started BPC for healing my stomach. The sleep changes was just a nice bonus. But as @Njord recommended, there are probably better choices that will directly address sleep better.
I’m in the camp that oral is not even worth it both in terms of cost and effectiveness . For subq injection, I’ve had best luck with 5/16" 30 gauge. I can’t speak to other peptides but for BPC I’ve done 2x250mcg daily and slowly bumped it to 250/500 then finally 2x500mcg. That’s a pretty big dose but I had some pretty serious stomach issues for the past year.
