strenght increases, and an unstopable appetite is a dead giveaway. its how i feel now, it’s 3 pm and ive had 5 meals already and i need a lot more.

dont you know that strength has nothing to do with size at all? Stop fooling your selves. Doing speed bench and ME board presses isnt going to get your chest bigger. And how the fuck is squating wide stance in a suite going to give you big quads?

seriously. this noted through my experience that there are people who look flat out embarassing that think they could not only stand a fight with me, but win.

for instance last night im at work, i go to put a glass away and i guess i cut in front of someone as they were talking to the bartender. the bartender told me to move or something and he’s always a dick, he thinks its funny, so i told him “fuck you”.

thing that irks me is he is no lie probaly 120-130 pounds. im 6 feet 200 lean, i would love to get the chance to make him swallow his own fucking teeth.

nah i dont think so cause theres been plenty of days where i had no fiber and still took craps they were just rabbit pellet craps. lately though its been like just 1 when i wake up. owell, im gonna take it as a sign of better fuel efficiency.

The truth is i have no idea when im about to Grow!

If im lifting more or doing more reps on the same weight i dont feel im growing more its just that im getting stronger! and as for food! i eat s**t loads. i eat like every 2 or 3 hrs! i dont care what it is as long as its hot food and lots of it but im not gaining size! i eat and eat but stay at 70kg

I know that when I was trying to not be a fatass, when I was about to drop a fair amount of fat I would get retarded hungry.

Now that I am putting size back on, I think I have found being extra hungry and horny seems to be the ticket.
