How Do You Have Any Form of Social Life While Lifting and Dieting?

Well I mean I could, but if a girls like come over and sends a nude pic and im like nah its 10pm ive got to get my sleep to hit the gym tomorrow, its not going to go down well. I did blow someone off tonight and its resulted in cryptic two word answers so im guessing ive burned that bridge.

Thanks bro nah you are defo right. And i appreciate you’ve given me good advice in the past too. Im just genuinely trying but i feel like im blundering everything a bit. Im gonna keep trying to be consistent. Im hoping itll stick after awhile.

If this is new to you, then there is definitely a learning curve. Don’t try to reinvent the wheel, especially as a beginner. Follow some tried and true program, get some time with basic compound lifts under the barbell, don’t eat like an asshole, and you’ll see some improvement. Once you do, it becomes addicting, and the compliance piece gets easier

We didn’t even get into my giantess GF fantasies. Yes I want a mommy GF. Yes im comfortable with that, skeeter.

I work full time, have 2 hours daily commute, attend full time school for a STEM degree, make time for family, and cook all my own food.

I don’t sleep 8 hours.

I can totally relate to this. I am on a split program preparing for my first contest. Mornings, I work out and it’s so damn tiring afterwards that I can sleep for another 2-3 hours afterwards. When I wake up, I prepare my meals and eat them. In the evening, I’m off to gym again to workout. I get back home around 11pm. I reward myself by indulging in social media for at least an hour and I sleep. The cycle happens the next.
The fact that I can reply to this is today is that I don’t have a workout schedule today. My coach just gave me a deload.
