I’m a little disappointed; I thought there would be at least one reply like mine already.
Put your oats into a tupperware container and cover with fruit juice (I use apple, for the pectin which mops up LDL from artery walls). Leave in the fridge overnight.
In the morning you can add the oats to the blender to make a proper thick shake (use fruit smoothie or low fat choc shake plus whey) or you can put some fruit on top and eat as is. No heating required or gloopy texture to get around.
Also, you can pre-soak 2-3 days worth and leave in the fridge. You can mix your Superfood powder into it before soaking, etc.
First time I heard this idea, I thought it sounded revolting, but having tried it, I do not cook my oats any more.

BBB, heard of a similar idea from a nutritionist last year, he called it Bercher I think?
He said put milk in and leave in the fridge overnight, to mix with nuts and fruit in the morning- apple juice sounds like an interesting idea though, may have to give that a go!
Probably won’t try it until spring though, I need hot porridge in my tum before facing winter mornings in Swansea!
Either oats + 1 scoop of powder + water + bannana/apple + microwave
OR more likely
2 scoops ultra fine oats + 1 scoop protein, down in seconds
saves time in the mornings
160g steel cut oats
1 scoop Vanilla Grow!
1 scoop Superfood
Random amount of cinnamon
Thats the way I roll my breakfast. It tastes really good, and makes my apartment “smell like Christmas” according to my girlfriend. Grow! Whey is the way to go here. Ive found other protein powders (EAS, ON) just dont taste near as good in oatmeal.
