I’m still very new. Lifting for about 6 months(and doing it wrong the whole time). I’ve lost 48 pounds over the past 8ish months and still have a ways to go. Trying to lower my carbs because honestly I feel bad after I eat them(physically not mentally). And I feel fuller longer when eating protein and fat. I’m 6’2 and 213 pounds with 25+% bf.
Edit. I’m starting wendlers BBb monday
I appreciate your perspective. I stand by my statement, though. I’ve been around a while, and I’ve never seen anyone who is permanently overweight that eats only whole fruits, veggies, raw nuts, meats, and plain dairy. Maybe there are overweight people who don’t lose weight at the rate they would like doing this, but literally for the long haul I’ve never seen anyone fat that over did it on the Clementines or raspberries. They my claim this, but in my experience it’s really those chips, burgers, and other items they eat “only rarely” that does them in.
I am curious; how big a sample size is this? How many people do you know that DO eat like this?
