So my question is how do I do pectoral injections and what three spots purchase muscle? I know you have to hit the middle the upper middle and the side but I would love a diagram if anyone can help I’d appreciate it
You just need to get it in the muscle if your referring to injecting test.
If your talking about injecting in certain spots for growth in that spot it’s not how it works.
The only thing you can use for spot specific growth is IGF-DES
