They don’t have to parade up and down to prove how connected or tough they are.

Bad diet. Pretty much sums it up. He trains well and just doesn’t watch his diet as much. I won’t say he should, because he whoops ass. Far be it for me to attack the champs diet.

I just don’t understand people who comment on successful fighter’s physiques. Whatever they’re eating and doing, works. Period.

Now if a guy who has been successful in the past comes in looking out of shape and PERFORMS like he’s out of shape, then to me that is a legit topic of conversation.

(Shit like this bothers me in pro wrestling as well but that discussion is for another thread)

I wouldn’t call it a bad diet. Between his diet, training regime, and mindset, he’s become the greatest fighter in the world.
