Hi, currently been on TRT(100mg weekly) for 6+ years. Just started HCG for fertility and testicle size. I’m going through a lab in another country. Everything looks very legit, box packaging, container, labeling. I’ve used one that was a powder that I reconstituded myself and my last one I changed brands to buy a higher dosage (10,000iu), but it came premixed, labeled as highly purified hcg from BSV labs.
I wanted to make sure its legit, how do I go about testing it? Thanks!
The only way you can test it is to use it and wait for results.
Someone might be able to back me up on this [or not], but I’ve HEARD that you can actually squirt some of it on a pregnancy test and if it shows POSITIVE, then it’s legit. Many people don’t know, but HCG is highly concentrated in the urine of pregnant women…now, I’m not sure how they make the stuff…I’m guessing it’s probably synthesized in a lab but who knows??
Yes you can use a pregenancy test to check if you have real hcg BUT pregnancy tests have upper and lower range of sensitivity, most people don’t know that; So if your hcg is too concentrated it will show as a false negative.

You can, you have to dilute it first. Somewhere on the web there is the exact ratio needed.
No, it doesn’t work that way…once injected, HCG directly stimulates your testicles to pump out high levels of testosterone (which, you should hopefully already know this but due to this massive increase, a sizable amount of this testosterone WILL aromatize into estrogen and thus many HCG users are wise to run arimidex to prevent this aromatization). However, I don’t think you can specifically–hell, I don’t even think there exists a “blood marker test” for HCG specifically. Once the injected HCG exerts its effects upon your leydig cells in your testicles, like almost any other substance in your body, it will be metabolized by your liver and then excreted out mainly through urination.
If you really wanted to see if your HCG was legit, after injecting a good bit, have your doctor perform some blood draws 24-48 hours after injecting and test for Total Testosterone, Free Testosterone, etc etc. But speaking for myself only (but I would assume MANY others on here will agree), I can always tell if the HCG I’ve just injected is legit/real because after taking it I will begin getting incredibly strong, random erections!! As in, no stimulation needed but they will just come and go and be VERY strong! Of course this is indicative that the HCG you took worked as the erections are the result of your testosterone levels skyrocketing very quickly.
As long as the HCG you have doesn’t look physically damaged in any way, or the bottle/packaging look very suspect, your easiest way to test it is to simply reconstitute it and stick it in your body! Like I said, you will know very quickly whether or not the HCG was real or not. ESPECIALLY if you inject a very large dose; say like 1,500 I.U. That dose will get most anyone’s body pumping out loads of testosterone (note: that is, unless you’ve done a ton of cycles and your balls are shot…but this doesn’t sound like you OP).
