my carb source is almost always oats. thats literally about it. my protein is chicken, tuna, 90/10 burgers, steak, eggs

my fat sources are extra virgin olive oil, eggs, and fatty meats listed above.

today…(1 scoop=24g of protein)

7am- 2 scoops, tablespoon of evoo
11 (pre workout)- same
post workout- 1 scoop, 65-70 g of cars all from oats
530pm- 2 scoops, teaspoon of evoo
830/9- 1 scoop, 1 teaspon evoo

i started manual labor today. i do that from 7am-12. i sweat like hell and i’m outside the whole time. if i don’t lose weight in the next week then i don’t know what the hell is wrong with me.

im cutting my cals and doing more cardio with this manual labor…i have to lose some weight…

Up your calories (gradually) and eat some food man.

…i have been. and i went from 196 to 202 in 2 months.

actually closer to 6 weeks

1100ish calories in protein and carbs, about 500 calories from fat.

You need basic understanding of starvation.

Eat more, get some real food

how am i starving myself if i’m not hungry? i get hungry about every 3-4 hours and i eat. when i was gaining weight i felt stuffed all day long.

1600 calories??? Seriously???

YOUR BODY IS IN PROTECTION MODE.

that was 1 day…

i’ve done the math for my caloric needs, all of them say i need well over 4000 cals a day. i was gaining weight, at a slow pace, and making good gains in the gym in strength and a little bit of size with going over 4000.

You are working out, doing cardio and a taxing job.

Read every article in the newbie forum.

You want to loose weight, yet you have no basic understanding of caloric need.

Good luck.
