How Are My Testosterone Levels?

I apologize in advanced if I’m in the wrong section of the forms to post this.

I decided to get my testosterone levels checked since due to some issues, libido dropped, only feel like doing it once a week, no morning wood, mood is off and on, sometimes I’m good, others I’m “off”. They came back with the following.

Total testosterone: 429
Free testosterone: 91.6 (Ref range: 35.0 - 155.0pg/ml)
LH: 1.7 (Ref range: 1.5 - 9.3)
FSH: 4.0 ( ref range: 1.6 - 8 )

Haven’t used any hormones, diet is good, gym 4 times a week. Taking Vit D etc.

I’m currently 28, are these low for my age? And is there anything I can do to boost these numbers?

Any help would be great!

Testosterone fluctuates day to day, so it might be 429 one day and more or less the next day. I need more information about your work out, like length of time per day.

If you’re overtraining this can lead to lower testosterone. These levels aren’t the greatest, I start to encounter symptoms at or below 400.

If you are stressed, have relationship issues or some other psychological issue your libido can suffer. Optimal hormones are only one piece of the puzzle. Worth keeping in mind or you could end up on TRT with perfect blood work and still no libido.

My time length is about a hour each gym session.
I’m doing a new training routine now, but a month ago it was the following.
Mon - Back / bi
Tuesday - light leg workout
Wednesday- shoulder / tri
Thursday- off
Friday - legs
Sat - off
Sunday - chest

This might be too much for you, try cutting back a little.
