I’m 23 years old and I have low libido, low motivation, fatigue, and brain fog. I also have very low penis sensitivity as well which is worrying me. I went to the doctor and asked for a hormone panel. I got it done and my doc said my levels were normal because they are all within range. I think these levels may be a bit low for someone my age. Could my test levels be causing my symptoms? I’d appreciate some opinions.
Those levels are normal…for a 70 year old man maybe! Its low, but there should still be hope for you. I would get more blood work done and read up on the stickies too if you haven’t already. Only thing I will say is don’t jump on the iodine bandwagon so quickly. It can certainly help people, but it can also f you up if you’re not deficient. Get a liquid thermometer or if using a digital one keep measuring until you have a consistent temperature. If I went off the first reading on my digital I’d be almost a full degree cooler than I really am. Also, low temperature can be cause of adrenal fatigue as well.

These results are from my second hormone panel this month. My first results were a little lower.
The main reason I got a second bloodwork done was because my free testosterone was just below the reference range. As you saw, my free and total testosterone raised just a little on the second bloodwork.
On both tests my total test hovered around mid 400s. Would it be worth getting TRT if I’m experiencing symptoms?
Your LH and FSH are both on the low side of normal, which I think indicates secondary (rather than primary) hypogonadism. I’d think with your LH/FSH levels, you’d likely be able to raise your T/freeT using HCG, and you might benefit from attempting using clomid (or other recommended PCT) to ‘restart’ natural production. At least you may want to consider what’s causing the low LH/FSH (stress, diet, other medical condition), rather than jumping straight to TRT.
