How am I Supposed to Eat This Much?

I am going to be doing the the Surge Growth 3 part plan and for the two a days I am supposed to consume 7000 calories a day. How the hell am I going to eat the much? What kind of food to you suggest to fill such a large order?

I would like to keep it low cost to be cause its going to be a ton of food. Any meal plans would be greatly appreciated to include your meal plans if you have eaten this much for a day.

Shakes. A good plan is to alternate 1 wholefood meal with 1 liquid.

It’s pretty easy to make a shake with plenty of oats, peanut butter, olive oil etc. I’ve also done shots of olive oil after meals to bump up the calories.

This really is your best bet.

That, and a 4x4 from in and out… but you don’t have those where you are. sorry.

Yeah, you’d be surprised how a shake made with whole milk, PB and whey protein and a banana will make 400-600 cals go down easy.

In shooter form, take a shot with each meal.
