Hey guys.I’m new here…i have been lifting for about three years. a lot of people say that i have been getting bigger. i have seen some changes but i dont think im seeing what everyone else is seeing. Im not saying im jacked in anyway shape or form maybe just a little advice of what i can do…
please bare with me with the pictures i have never posted before but ill try to post from when i first started till now…
You may be posting them as I write this, but we need a shot of your back and wheels. Even with those, I’m not gonna rate you. You don’t really have a physique to rate at this point. Also, what are your numbers, stats, and goals?
Maybe increase your eating, and the volume/intensity of training?
edit: have you been completely constant for the last 3 years? I’ve wasted years fucking around by not sticking to a program, ignoring nutrition, taking 3 week off weeks too often etc…

How does this guy even get a 2.3??? What the fuck are you doing posting with a skinny ass picture like this?[/quote]
people say ive been getting bigger lmao well i would hate to see how you started.
btw dude you might have been going to the gym for 3 years and lifting wieghts but you have not been TRAINING for 3 years. Thats one of your main problems plus food.
Bro you gotta eat more! Theres no way you have been training consistantly for 3 years, not intensly anyway. Post up ya diet and routine and im sure we can help get you on the right track
First have someone take good pictures of you in good lighting in several poses: front, side, back for the upper body. Then with your shorts hiked up to the hip fold front, side, and back of the entire lower body.
Second, download every article on eating for mass gain fron John Berardi on this site.
Third, download Christian Thibadeau’s artices “How To Design A Damn Good Program” and follow his recommendations.
Get a skilled trainer to do a 9 to 12 site skin-fold measurement on you and girth measurements. Have this done Once every week at the same time if possible.
Last but not least, take new pictures with the same lighting conditions every 4th week. This gives you time to make visible changes.

Just don’t post pictures here every four weeks. You shouldn’t be posting pictures until you have a decent physique with enough significant change shown. Skinny boy pics on this forum are a dime a dozen.
