Shoulders!

  • Shoulder BB Press: warmed up with 20kg, 30kg 40kg. 50kg x 10, 55kg x 8, 60kg x 6, 65kg x 6, 70kg x 3
  • Barbell Push Press: 80kg x 3, 90kg x 3, 95kg x 2, 100kg x 1 (New PR) [both me and my partner got press PRs, we were over the moon!]
  • Arnold Press + Seated Shoulder Press Machine Superset: 55lbs x 10, 55lbs x 10, 55lbs x 8 (really fatigued here) // 165lbs x 10, 180lbs x 10, 195lbs x 8
  • Front Raises: 3 x 25lbs x 10
  • Lateral Raises: 3 x 20lbs x 10
  • Rear Delt Flys (single armed): 3 x 20lbs x 10
