aaaaaah.

Michael, you only think you’d be keen on it. I actually put very little work in in the gym any more. I’m pretty convinced that neurological adaptations from lifting weights doesn’t carryover to sports applications. Even if there is some minor carryover, I think it results in improvements far less significant than would result from actually practicing the sporting movement. My only goal is to maintain good body composition and stay between 210 and 220, as I fight at 205.

I’ve really been able to maintain those two conditions w/ no weight training. At the time of the pic above and the pic they posted in reader mail, I hadn’t touched a weight in over two months. However, I was training boxing, wrestling, grappling extremely hard, and my diet was spot on.

Chess, I was hoping to catch a view of you over in the T-Vixen thread, but no luck. What gives, eh?

here ya go ladies, a little eye candy. 6’4" 225lbs in this pic at a young and innocent 19 years of age.

i attached another pic of my 8 1/8" swollen member but got a pm from the mod saying that resizing the pic really didn’t do it justice so it didn’t go through.

some lifts: 165 lb biceps curl, 195 lbs cable tricep extension, 220 lbs leg extension, 18 plates on leg press.
