If you’re cycling carbs (high on workout days, low on off days) and basically your goal is to steadily gain muscle while shedding fat when you can, would it be a good idea to use HOT-ROX? Maybe even on the off/cardio days only?
It doesn’t seem like HRX would be the ideal supplement for your application. You’d end up having to eat in surplus just to counteract the thyroid boost. I recommend reading the Double Surge article, and spending the extra dough on that instead. Save the HRX for a low-carb cycle when you need the boost.

If you want to use a stim year round don’t plump with HOT-ROX. Save it for sometime when your really concentrating on getting ripped.
Year round some Caffeine Anhydrous will do a better job with less burnout.

If you kept minimum dosage it could help speed your metabolism up. This would make less of a decrease in calories in your low carb days.
It could work. Give it a try and let us know how your results.
With your goals in mind, I’d opt for Carbolin 19 or Alpha Male.

Yeah. Unless you’re a beginner, you’re not going to be gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time. And even in that case, you wouldnt need HRX.
If I were you, and you wanted to stay lean, I’d say use HRX to get lean, then use Carbolin 19 or Alpha Male (which has a full dose of Carbolin 19 with a few test boosters) to bulk up while keeping a small BF%.
