At the moment I am cutting to reach a single digit BF and am planning to use HOT-ROX as an aid. Having never used a fatloss supplement, I have a couple questions. Would it be ok to use Hot Rox while using digestive enzymes? Also for years I have had pain in my left knee and have on occasion used Ibuprofen can I continue?
This is not really regarding HOT-ROX but I figure I should just ask here instead of starting a new thread. I know that using Ibuprofen in high doses and/or for long periods can be bad. Due to this I have been looking into Curcumin from Now Foods. Is Curcumin really tha good for inflammation.
1/ Yes.
2/ Probably yes.
3/ Why not use Curcumin 500 from the Biotest store? It’s Cheap.

Digestive enzymes won’t have any interaction with HOT-ROX. If they would be of benefit to you without HOT-ROX, their benefit will not be reduced by the HOT-ROX; nor will they adversely affect the HOT-ROX.

Is there a difference? As for cost I got twice the amount of caps for the same price.
So is curcumin as good as Ibuprofen at certain doses? If so what would that be?

I haven’t seen the brand your talking about. But, don’t only look at the amount of caps you get, but the strength of each cap.

I don’t think the NOW foods curcumin contains piperine. However you can buy this separately if you want to maximise absorption.
