Hot Chick Squats 315 for 12 Reps!

yes! you said your female friend just squatted a 1RM in competition of 165kg at around 85kg of body weightbut. yes! i believe that…but she didn’t that for 1 rep max not for 3 or 4 reps!! 1 x 165 kg=165kg but 165kg x3= 495kg!!

but i know you my friend agree with me. 6-8lb under could really happen with that women! i know most people claims but don´t check the weights/plates of personal records!
150kg x 1 = 150 kg
150kg x 5 = 750 kg

i would like to train again but i avowed to you that yes i have been operated - chron disease - and i lost 8 kg bw and i feel still weak yeath!!

There are men on these boards who lack their large intestines due to those same sorts of surgeries, and still have more guts than you. Stop picking on a woman who is stronger than you, and be a fucking man.

I’ve been trolled enough.

one year ago i could alf-deadlifts 3-4 reps over each leg with 150kg!yeah. but never squated so much!

^DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

i said it could happen without porpose …besides the plates/bars don’t weight exactly that is marked…and only a few pounds wouldnÃ??Ã?´t make that difference!
i respect all of you …and the woman …and yes i must continue trainig because i am still very weak and if i did 130kg x 9 i then i could do 150kg x 4 at least. thaks mr pushmeepullme.

even if it was real, whats with her stretching her hammy’s in between sets? lol. i usually stretch what im working
I seem to remember reading an article in M&F in the 80s/90s preaching the benefits of stretching the antagonist muscles between sets.

interesting. wonder why

Why is this thread still alive? And is some fuck nut actually questioning the female WEIGHTLIFTER’S squat video which is absolutely legit? Please, someone provide cliff notes.

ok. i agree with you! just thinking obout this: official colors for the plates she’s (198 bw ) lifing are:

Red = 25kg (55lbs)
Blue= 20kg (45lbs)
Yellow= 15kg (33lbs)
Green= 10kg (22lbs)
Black= 5kg (11lbs)

why the 45’ and the 35’ plates has the same colour (yellow)?? the 45’ one might be blue! just curious!!

Alfa, STFU and start lifting. You look really pathetic questioning a very strong woman’s work. Grow a pair, and maybe you won’t have to talk shit about people you don’t know.

My female friend just squatted a 1RM in competition of 165kg at around 85kg of body weight, with no knee sleeves, no wraps, no squat suit, no briefs - just a belt.

Also, CDARQ, I agree that a belt could be termed as lending support - but the term “supportive equipment” is a term of art in powerlifting, so I was using it in that context.
I see says the blind man.

AND Alfa…see the top of PMPM’s post!

how deepper are thats sweat pants ruffer, tucker underneath the knee sleevs??
and the left knee sleev is tighter than the right one on the bottom of the squat?,i am just asking!

Does this have something to do with your prior claim that the extra wide yellow plate in the DL vid could have been a twenty instead of two fifteens?

Also, have a gawk at this:

Would you like to try and discredit the WABDL world championship arrangements somehow, or are you just going to shut the fuck up and go train?
