hellow friends!! i am new here. but i would like to say this to you:
if you look well to the outsider 10 kg plate york one (from her right hand) you will note that plate is bouncing too much during the lifts and even after she stop the squat…!!! i think that’s the fake plate!!
does any one get an opinion about the video i posted yesterday? thanks!

Women’s leg muscles are much more comparable to men’s than their upper bodies due to receptor set up, I think its something like 80%. A strong girl can squat reasonably close to what a guy of that body weight can.

those are knee sleevs (less supportive), not knee wraps. only she has her sweat pants ruffer, tucker underneath the knee sleevs…and she in’t using briefs, comp. shorts, squat suit…and besides all of us know that there are in most gyms plates/weights weigging off such 1 pound or more (not/less accurate plates)!!..

Or, the innermost plates could be 25kg’s, and they do seem to be a faded red color, making up (25kg+20kg+3*15kg)x2+20kg=200kgs.

Are you saying you’ve never seen a bumper plate bounce during a lift - especially the outside one? The fake plates we’re all talking about are in the first bodybuilder video, where she has 3 45# plates per side, not the oly lifter doing 10-11 reps with the two dudes hanging out behind her.

to me the bigger yellow plates seems to be 20 kg (ticker onthe border but not inside…and not great size difference compared to the 15kg plates)i think the green (official color) plate is 10 kg …can’t be 15 kg and besides she is equipped…
that elastic thick pants and the knee sleevs are very tight (if you look well sems she is underwearing a kinde of shorts)…but all right, is agood lift and i respect the lady strenght, and my opinion can be not the best one…all right!
