How long have you been on it?
It may not be the one you need. You should talk to your dr about it.
I’ve been on it for about 1.5 years now. I talked to my dr. and she was like wtf?, but told me to keep using it.
Also, I’ve noticed I get PMS symptoms on the pill, which I didn’t have while not on it…
I thought the Pill was supposed to help with PMS
I can’t take any pill, they mess me up or they just don’t work.
And at that point I’d look for a different practitioner. One that takes into consideration how the medication if effecting YOU the individual.
Just checking in. How’s everyone been as of late?
Went to the gyno yesterday to get lab work reviewed. Lining is still thin and estradiol very low but fsh and thyroid back to normal
I saw the title in the feed and it prompted me to make this post- hopefully it will help someone. I did not read more than the first few replies here, so this may have already been covered, but like @Spock81 mentioned in the third post, my wife suffers from premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).
It became MUCH worse after giving birth to our daughter 5.5 years ago.
What I wanted to share was what we have found that helps her: DIM (diindolylmethane). An hour after a 300 mg dose, an internal switch flips: no more crippling depression, no more rage, no more cramps.
I hope this helps.
I have had a tubal ligation. Not sure what the question here is.
Well that’s a little complicated in my case.
I had mine done within a few hours after my son was born. He almost died a few hours later so recovery was checking myself out of the hospital, driving to an nicu unit at another hospital and worrying/praying for eight days.
I didn’t lift back then so I don’t have any perspective on that, but after he got out of the hospital I went back to the next week and have never had a problem with it.
It’s a tiny half inch scar, nothing compared to my 30+ year old c section scar. (That sucked). The tubal was nothing.
Yikes, your circumstances do sound different. Thank you for sharing either way. I hope all turned out okay.
It did. He is 16 years old now, and worth every bit of it. ![]()
Aww what happened? I was typing up something for ya. You didn’t have to delete it
Oops sorry. I saw that this thread didn’t have any replies for a while so I moved it. Is it ok for me to double post? Either way, would love to hear your thoughts if my wife’s level is too low.
Total testosterone: 24 ng/dl
Free testosterone: 2.3 of/ml
Should be okay. I saw your post in the other thread so I replied there.
