Hormone Fluctuations, What Gives?

And I hear cialis does not work well with low e2

I mean do I have to eat Brussel sprouts on a schedule. Lol. I OD’d on them.

Please follow those Brussels with eveyday beano.

Yeah that my other issue gas. I actually just got beani last week. But I think it’s when I eat meat.
I though it was my e2 causing bloat but I concluded it’s not really bloat more gas.

I am doing a fecal pancreatic elastase test. Too see if I need digestive enzymes. I may try them anyway. The gas is my #1 complaint
The charcoal pills help but I don’t want to take that everyday.

Everyone should take digestive enzymes anymore haha. I meet next to no one who doesn’t have a use for them. That and quality HCL supplements.

Honestly Man I think you can get by twice a week with shots. Shit man maybe even once a week. It’s the other stuff you want to avoid - low carb, cialis, AI of any kind. Man I’d even avoid Brussels sprouts and broccoli and cauliflower for a while. You can always adjust to a more frequent protocol but I don’t think much will change in terms of your estrogen regardless just with your schedule. Remind me again of your dosages? Sorry I am stopped in traffic or I’d read higher.

U say avoid Cialis because it contributes to lower e2 or for another reason ?

You mean everyone should take the enzymes? I think you had a typo.
Any recommendations to which one?

I’m 100mg twice weekly Tuesday AM / Friday Afternoon.

He said if I want try 25mg everyday.

Gonna hold off on daily injections for now. It’s tempting because I really want stability but I need to get more feedback and do more research.

Looking at steroidcalc and I can’t see how daily injections is going to drive E anywhere near where I want it. In reality it’ll probrably drop it over the first few weeks potentially substantially and the thought of another E crash has me putting the breaks on that thought for a bit. If anything one larger dose every 5 days makes a little more sense.

Again I appreciate all the help.

Since physically I’m feeling ok and workouts are pretty good Im leaning toward a modest change.

In addition to upping carbs and stopping cialis I’m leaning towards staying on twice weekly injections but increasing my total dose to 125 per injection or 250mg total weekly from 200mg Total.

I think this change will increase peaks some and alllow me to feel it out.

The daily injection strategy or the one large injection strategy are big changes and completely opposite of each other and this route may be the less drastic option. Wish me luck.

When discussing response to TRT, energy, libido and sense of well being; there needs to be a consideration of thyroid function, oral body temperatures and iodine+selenium intake. Have we covered that elsewhere?

I’ve done your temp recommendations before and all were normal but I can do it again.

This is from 6 months ago.

I’ll look at your iodine supplementation reqs again.

Thyroid function is far from optimal and normal, Free T3 and Free T4 are both low. Free T3 speeds up every cell in your body.

So what’s my next move on that? I did show these to my doc and he wasn’t overly concerned.

Increase iodinized salts plus selenium? I’m using kosher at present which doesn’t have iodine.

Your doctor defines diseases a bit differently, it’s a cost saving method and saves insurance companies having to put out money. Doctor are trained for diseases management, in their eyes you’re not f***ed up enough for them to care.

You must take control of your own health, the only way is to pay for treatment yourself. That’s what you do when you want to optimise your health, insurance companies don’t optimise your health, they wait for you to get a disease.

Low thyroid function can cause ED.

Are you referring To treatment with exogenous thyroid hormone?

If supplementing iodine and selenium fails, then the next step would be thyroid treatment. For TRT results to be steller, you need to have optimal thyroid levels. Often men with low thyroid function need higher T levels to compensate for low thyroid function.

Your results are typical of someone with low thyroid function. You’re racking your brain on why you’re having hormone fluctuations, the data is right in front of you and your missing it.

Thanks. Any recommended supplement products and dosing ?

That would depend on your waking and afternoon body temps.
