Hormonal Profiles and Phenotypes

How much can we tell about a person’s hormonal profile by looking at them/questionning them?

Ex: balding would indicate high levels of dihydrotestosterone. Gynecomastia would indicate high levels of estradiol, etc.

Anyone have any expertise on this?

You can tell quite easily. But the person has to be resonably lean for you to accurately gauge his skeletal frame. Basically the Wider the shoulder to hip ratio, “usually” indicates a more “favorable” hormonal profile geared towards athleticism. Things like balding the others don’t really have much to do with it. The opposite of a person with good athletic predisposition is having wider hips then shoulders.

On an off note,
Through years of observation and Talking I personally feel that the ammount of fat a person carries has nothing to do with their body types per say. I think it has more to do with their psychological mind set in how they relate to food. I noticed that the people who have a hard time loosing fat are either compulsive eaters, secret eaters or over eaters in terms of quantity. They’re basically people that have a relationship with food like an addict.
