Hi, let me first apologize for my bad english, its not my native language. Also, I dont know if this is correct forum category, If its not, please some kind moderator move it :).
About my story - I had recently turned 18, I had spent whole childhood being very fat, well, obese. At 16 y I was 33% bf, 125 kg (180 cm) ball of fat. Then I started to take care of my health, started lifting blah blah, now Im about 85 kg (I didnt measure my BF recently, but I guess its about 15-20%?).
My problem(s) : I think I have pretty much fcked up hormones, I have high voice, almost no facial hair (its getting better) and gyno. It kinda sucks, you work your ass to look somewhat good and then u took shirt off and salty comments like “can i milk those?” are everywhere.
So, I would like somehow fix my hormones. Recently I read(ed?) some article which stated “if you spent your adolescence with low testosterone, u are fcked up for life and there is no way to fix it”. Well, I just hope its not true.
Diet : I would like to do some flexible diet without counting calories, rather based on better food choices, but I just dont know. There are plenty of diets - Paleo, vegan, vegetarian, 5/2 diet, no-carb stuff, 6 meals per day, WD, leangains and every diet claims that it can boost testosterone. Where lies the truth?
Supplementation : I live in Czech, its well, country with not so good supplement. choices. I can´t buy common anti-estrogen supps like Resveratrol and stuff. Also, I dont want to go for SERMS. I dont know where to get them (and not fakes), and I hope I can solve this more naturally.
Staple of my supplementation is : Fish oil (flaxseed oil), Multivitamin, Zinc. (creatine, protein powder). Should i add something?
Training : Well, now i´m going to gym every other day, doing splits. Trying to focus on bigger lifts, but from my previous weight my knees are fcked up, too so I cannot squat and DL properly (I should give DL a shot and practise technique more). So I focus my traing around Bench press, Millitary press, Back rows, pullups, pushups and some pump work ofc :D. I train because I love it, I dont really train for some hardcore results, I just want to be happy in my body and be healthy.
What you would advise me?
Thanks very much.
