Sorry for the long story, I want to lay out my whole history and see of there is advice out there for me. Thanks in advance for your patience.
About ten or so years ago, at age 21 I started getting some minor gyno. I ignored it and continued with life. Also, I’ve had chronic ibs or possible ibd my whole life. Anyways, around age 25 I decided to stop being a scrawny kid and get into lifting. One thing led to another and I did about four or five cycles of some online pro hormone pills over the course of three years. Minor pre workout and creatine usage too. Nothing big.
By age 29 I had some small, but painful gyno removed, unilaterally. No serious issues otherwise. I continued lifting, and staying strong naturally.
Starting last year, age 30 I began losing muscle and feeling like absolute trash. I went and got my first physical since I figured it was time to be an adult about my health. Results came back negative on blood and urine for any major issues. My vitamin d was deficient slightly, and my T was at 313. My doc said this was low, but not at the cutoff that he treats.
Since that time, I have continued to lose muscle and even stepped my lifting routine up. No results. I’ve been taking 5000iu daily vitamin d (even though my doc said to take only 1000) and I still feel like garbage every day. My doc gave me Xanax to help me sleep, but it doesn’t do much good anyway. I’m anxious and unrested every day.
I started thinking lately about how pro hormones used to make me feel like a champ and I almost just ordered some. I stopped and realized this might worsen my long term problem. Then I read about Test C. I’m thinking about getting some and following standard medical dosage guidlines (100mg or so weekly). I wanted some input and advice before getting into this. I’m not trying to roid and get big like I used to. Just want to get out of this slump and get my T at normal levels for my age.
