Would taking 2-3 tablespoons of honey (34-51 carbs) postworkout be beneficial as a carb source? Or am I full of it?
You are probably thinking too much.
vanilla whey with honey blended in it is delicious, plus you get carbs and protein

It’s fine!
Honey is high in fructose…technically not muscle fuel. But it probably doesn’t matter unless you have fructose phobia like me.
