On different forums/sites, the subject of dating often comes up and some women often complain that the guy doesn’t call when he says “I will call you” or doesn’t tell her if he is not interested on a follow up call…in other words he just leaves her hanging and disappears.
What I often wonder is how many of these guys who do this are in the medical or health field because I can’t imagine a guy (or girl) who is a doctor, psychiatrist, therapist, etc. who deals with the public on a regular basis and has to be upfront with clients/patients yet can’t be honest with a date (I know it happens though).
We as males have been reliefed that burden. The book is call “He’s just not that into you”, the no excuses truth to understanding guys. Written by Guy Behrendt and Liz Tuccillo for women who just don’t get it.
If I guy has a passion for a women, nothing will keep him from expressing that fact. If he’s not into her, she out of his mind and an other one has taken her place. That’s what being a male is all about. So you can be a man’s man or a woman’s man.
The truth is it just seems kind of mean to say “sorry I’m not attracted to you,”“you have no ambition,”“your life has too much drama,” but I can truthfully say that I avoid women with multiple children in a nice way. I guess a lot of guys take the easy way out.
what I want to know, is why the hell a girl gives me her phone number, tells me to text her 3 times, then doesn’t text me back. Gonna lose my mind over here.
Luckily I have cheap liqour and loose women for backup that I can always count on.

On the girl side of things: if someone says they are going to call me and they don’t, actions speak louder than words. If a guy really likes you, he would find a way. It’s unfortunate that girls get hung up so quickly.
The thing that bothers me (and sorry to blow up your spot guys) is when they say they are going to call you this week and you magically get a call two months later. You know what that means 90% of the time? At the time you gave him your digits, he had other things going on. But two months later, he’s dry as a desert in the poon dept. /End rant.

I know what you mean but I’m thinking us dudes don’t have to be so blunt (your examples are funny though). My point is that if someone is interested in me after a date and I’m not for whatever reason and they email me or leave a message on my phone, I at least follow up. I keep it simple like “I don’t think we are match” or something similar either through email or phone and I let them know that they deserved at least the courtesy of a reply rather than none at all. Ending it like that seems to work well and I haven’t had any repercussions i.e. “lefteye” lopez burning down a house etc.
