been training a little over a year and a half no protein shakes just a lot of chicken tuna and carbs. not really good with the whole dieting thing just like to eat whatever i like, one day i will discipline myself to a bodybuilders diet. right now i just workout at lunch for an hour, using no supplements at all. their too expensive aand i am too cheap.

will post more pics today. i do a lot u pullups as i am a Marine and that is a part of our physical fitness test. i know i got to work on the bf, going to starting doing cardio everyday after holidays.
If you learn to eat properlly then losing the fat will be much easier. You will likely then lose the fat and maintain more muscle as well.
Jacked look for your back mate. once the bf comes off you will likely be pretty big still.
Maybe in addition to your cardio program in the new year you could start a nutrition program? One such as the Anabolic diet is an easy one to stay on and is fun. It works like a hot damn to take off the bf and keep/grow lots of muscle.

By what standard is his BF too high? It looks fine to me. Maybe he isn’t going for the shredded 6 pack look that all the high schoolers on here ask about.

by the standard that pro bodybuilders have physiques in the 9-10 rating range and this is partially due to their low bf which shows muscle separation, and causes them to appear more muscular?
are u saying in bodybuilding a low bf isn’t desired?
also “what he is going for” is irrelevant to a rating system in which everyone is rated on the same scale
if the guy doesn’t want my advice or thinks his bf is fine than he is a big boy and can choose to ignore my comment, but based on what defines an ideal physique on these boards, he needs to drop bodyfat
also i was under the impression that the point of the rating system was to get an objective critique of ur physique so that u better knew what to try and improve on

ur lats are ridiculous obv ur strong point… ur pecs seem to have a lot of muscle as well
looks to me like ur biceps might be lagging a little - maybe add some more direct arm work
besides that the only thing holding back ur physique from being really impressive is the high bodyfat
also where are the wheels… being that thick up top i imagine uve got to have some big legs
Definetly shows good potential. You are torso dominant. Watch the wide-grip pullups and do some close grip chins and close grip dips alternated with some arm work as your specialization for arms.
I don’t think your bf is that high, just make some good choices at the chow time and do some 40min moderate intensity after your workouts.

i work my arms but they dont seem to respond well, any tips would be greatly appreciated. i have tried many different things for them but they just suck. keep in mind i am not on any supplements but thinknig hard about getting some after holidays. what would be suggested for growth. definitely no steroids. and on the running, i run everyday but like i said its the whole diet thing, i tend to eat what i like.
