can u be more specific as to what uve tried for ur arms? for tries dips and close grip bp have always been good for me but i have a feeling ur chest would dominate those exercises so u may want to look to more isolated exercises like skullcrushers

biceps a personal favorite of mine is the drag curl what rep range have u worked in

have u done drop sets
try 6-12-25 drop sets with drag curls they are pretty brutal
