Zing!
EDIT: Although I may as well add, that I discard certain aspects of Hinduism. But they were added in later. By morons.
I’m of course referring to Sati and arranged marriage.

Most religions are so self-contradictory, you HAVE to pick parts you like. That would never occur to idiots like ‘Stewie’.
I think the part about ‘gay’ is actually in the Gita. Will read tonight and see; but I distinctly remember reading it somewhere (I’m not trolling btw).

Please do, and remember to post a link to something I can read, too.
It is entirely possible that it is a translation & interpretation error. Any translation should really be done from the Sanskrit text. At any rate, I still see no reason to discriminate against homosexuals.

In any case, even if all you are saying is true. We have a good 400 thousand years before we all go gay.
Thank God. Maybe by then I will be able to find a decent pair of shoes.
I know what you mean. I’m a size 12 with huge toes, and it feels like every pair jams my toes into this narrow space, hence I hate wearing shoes. I feel like a hobbit. I think barefoot savages have it much better.

Lesbianism is another story however. I just can’t look at a pair of hot, young women going at each other without wanting to cum between them!
LMAO! Reading through these threads one thing that seems to stand out is that when graphic imagery referring to gay sex is used most of it seems to come from the haters while those who are tolerant tend to just say gay sex or “what goes on in other peoples bedrooms”.
“Homophobia is apparently associated with homosexual arousal that the homophobic individual is either unaware of or denies”. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2007 APA, all rights reserved)
(Certainly explains why a lot of these Preachers are always getting themselves into so much trouble!)

Of course! Why didn’t we understand this all before?..The Gita is actually about Krishna warning Arjuna about the evils of homosexuality!!!

Well, its a good 15 years ago that I read about everyone eventually being gay, and I can’t find where. So for now, we’ll put it down as an urban legend.
Lord Krsna would not warn him about such things. He would simply tell him to do his duty. So it must not have been in the Gita. Perhaps in one of the Vedas…

Speaking of Hinduism and it’s take on homosexuality…

I like how even then they realized all male hairdressers had to be gay.

The problem with gays is they are always in the public’s face. Look at the parades they have with all the freaks and weirdos. That is what people object to mnore than anything. They want to shout from the mountain tops that they are gay.
You don’t see heterosexual parades with all kinds of weird costumes and barely dressed people.
You don’t see the bias inherent in your observation? Unless you have superb gaydar, you will only notice those gayfolk who stand out the most and get “in the public’s face.” So you will assume that all gay people are like this even if the proportion exhibiting this behavior is minuscule.
A similar example would be if I said all Christians are bigoted psychopaths because I saw Rev. Fred Phelps protesting today, he said he was a christian, and nobody else told me they were a christian today. With your wonderful logic it naturally follows that all christians are just like Fred Phelps.
I will say that is very hard to find the leaders in the gay community that will condemn certain behaviors. For example - I have not seen one “gay leader” condemn the ones who intruded on the Catholic mass several weeks ago in California.
Also, I am not aware of the equivalent of NAMBLA (North American Man Boy Love Association)on the heterosexual side. If you look at the stats - the vast majority of child molestation is homosexual in nature. I said most - not all. But it does say something about homosexuality. Before you respond that I am some homophobe - go look at the number for yourself.

Define intrude. Did they cause a scene or did they go in and sit down?
