The first question you have to ask is whether or not the charter school has any special ed kids. Then ask how they deal with kids who have behavioral issues. I know a kid in a charter school and there is no special ed and if a kid doesn’t behave they get a couple of chances before they are kicked out. That can skew the numbers quite a bit.
