Infuriating.

After 1st grade, I never brought my lunch in from home. My mom saw the school lunches as being a real bargain compared to having to buy bread, peanut butter, cold cuts, etc.

And I LOVED school lunches. The meatloaf was great, fake mashed potatoes with gravy was fine too. As I got older, I pocketed the lunch money and bought beer on Friday nights.

I digress… pretty fucked up when someone tells a parent that they can’t make their kid a lunch. I have no recollection of any of this food-allegries thing ever happening. With my kids, they cut out mothers being allowed to be making brownies and cup cakes for the class. There seems to be more kids with peanut allergies every year. Nut allergies are among the most fatal with small kids.

Rob

This gets into more detail about the matter.

Things are getting worse much quicker than I ever expected.

I would raise SOOOOO much hell about this if I had a kid and the school was doing this bullshit.

What’s the issue? Governments know best, right?

The thing is, it isn’t the federal government but a decision by the school.

Assuming the blog you posted is accurate.

King George III was a laid back libertarian compared with what we have now.

I’d say the leaves on that thar Liberty Tree are lookin’ a mite wilty.

Could do with a wee bit o’ waterin’, if ye catch my meanin’.

To what? To this thread? To this forum? To this way of thinking? Be specific.

Examine my posting history in PWI and ask yourself if you really believe that this is a new realization for me.

I am curious why it is that Pitt is the only one that should have a thick skin. I like you but you are at least an honorary member of the CJS . You should not take your self so seriously .

I do think that PWI gets upset about school lunches and when the cops mistreat some one when they are looking for a VERY BAD person

But ignore the terrible systematic abuse that has horrific consequences on humanity in America

You were a twinkle in your dad’s eye when I picked up my rebel ways , no offense meant
