At first I read over the “pre” and thought this was a public elementary school.
It looks like a free, government funded preschool. It’s likely a funding thing where they want the money from the “free” lunches. If you want the freebies there is a price - relinquish your right to pack a lunch - your kids have to eat the crappy school lunch.
Still, it makes one wonder how long we’ll have the privilege of deciding what our kids eat, before the nanny state intervenes.
Too many parents are packing unhealthy lunches, so this is for your own good…
