no, boss, I meant how well are you recovering? for myself, I can’t imagine hitting the gym within 3 days of a workout like the bench/dead superset party you had…

Rack pulls and board press tonight. I’m going to stick with 10 sets for 1-3 reps for a month or so with minimal assistance exercises.[/quote]

I second that…but I think he’s already gone past stupid strong and heading towards insane.
Just catching up, Eco. You’re having some great workouts and the alternating 2 heavy lifts looks interesting. At some point I’m going to have to break down and try the box squats.
Another push/pull meet May 31 in town. I hope to attend. My last meet results still have not been posted. Americanpowerlifting.org(not .com) is the site of this local federation-located in Manchester, NH.
I really stink at GMs. My back was fried with just 135. Guess I’ve found a real big hole I need to fix. Box squats still treating me right. My new favorite exercise.
Thanks Willy.
Bunny, I think the rack lockouts are the same for bench as anderson squats are for squats. They get you used to a heavier weight. I’ll let you know if they work.

Holy Cow Eco, those box squats are insane Buddy. As strong as you are those GMs will come around for you.
