And stop using other supps?

Last month, I spend more on supps than I would have spent on AAS. Wtf am I doing? [/quote]

I would assume I’d stop at least some of my supps.

This is something I was thinking about just recently actually.

I’m sure we all have our “must-have” supplements (protein, etc.) & then we have our “optional” supplements if it fits in the budget.

I’ve also been wondering if some of the money I’m spending on certain things is a waste. Most recently for example, I’ve been taking Indigo 3G, and wonder if its worth the money I’m spending on it…

I think it would be a good idea in this thread if people shared some supplements they experimented with and feel didn’t do much for them?

That is a good idea, especially if we can get any insight into the mentioned comparison between AAS costs compared to supplements.

ON Whey $50 monthly
Jack3d $30 monthly
Multi vita $40 monthly
Fat burner $55 monthly
Food $200 weekly
Gym dues $40 monthly
Dietician $50 weekly

What support supps do you take?

The way I see it, AAS is an additional cost on top of the supplement staples(protein, creatine, fish oil, etc.)

But AAS alone vs. other supps is much cheaper and more effective.

you mean on cycle health stuff or just health stuff in general?

supps I use are fish oil, Vit D and glutamine. Don’t use protein powders however I use BCAAs when fasting

Don’t really use a lot of supps, despite working in a supp shop!

the price of an AAS cycle does go up a bit when you factor in all the ancillaries to keep your hormones in check and PCT, it’s still much cheaper than you’d expect though.

put it this way: a vial of test costs less than a tub of whey and lasts longer (at a moderate dose)

EDIT: in the UK anyway…

high-quality fish oil, primrose oil, curcumin, vitamin d3, vitamin E, multivitamin, coq10

that’s what I take…

imo if you don’t have health insurance than it can get expensive… because you should be getting cbc panels, metabolic panels, c-reactive protein, and liver ultrasounds semi-regularly

You think that is necessary for doing lower doses of the less harsh AAS?

define “lower doses” and “less harsh aas”

Something like under 1g of test/week.

Also, it is my understanding that dbol, winny, and tren (for example) are a bit more harsh than test, mast, var, etc. I know they serve different purposes, but I’m trying to make a point.

everyone reacts different to aas… so it’s really not that simple

anavar is not “less harsh” btw… at least when it comes to your lipid profile

Same here, and also wondering. Which means the fact that I have to wonder that weeks into its use means sadly that i know the asnwer…

Gotcha, thanks for the answers.

It’s too bad Anaconda and MAG-10 work so damn well. They are not cheap, but training sessions are much more intense from the immediate energy supplied to the muscles. I can’t stop using :frowning:
