HM, besides cum bubbles and Big Macs, what’s your diet look like?
On a serious note, do you prefer to keep it relatively clean or do you take an eat-whatever-the-fuck-you-want approach?[/quote]
I’d say i lean towards the 2nd option. i do realize the farther i get into this hobby, the day is going to come where i’m actually going to have to pay attention to what i eat, especially if i want to get ‘hawt abz’
in the mean time, yeah i do eat pretty shitty, or i guess what you’d consider ‘normal’ for a college student. 5 dollar footlongs, 5 dollar large pizza’s from little ceasers, lots of dates at mexican/chinese/italian resturants with the fairer sex, and lots of hanging out with my buddies at hooters and assorted local burger joints.
the one thing i’ve recently been paying attention to is trying to added a protein shake or two everyday. i really do feel like that’s helped out a lot.
i think if the majority of people starting out would chill the eff out with macronutrient timing and the newest and greatest workout program and just freaking EAT and LIFT HEAVY, we’d see a lot more big dudes walking around.

I agree with X. Some guy asked me for my post-workout supplementation and what not. I told him I eat around 4-5 sushi rolls and a plate or two of tuna sashimi (6-8oz a pop) on a good day. The guy was 170lbs and he was trying to teach me a thing or two. “Thats too many carbs braw” He listed like 10-15 post workout supplements and swore by the gains he was getting from them. Pfft.
On topic, Mac you are a man’s man. Scoring ass like its on sale and pounding away packing on the mass. Every 170lb ab boy should break out their log book and take note. The man is showing folk hows 'posed be done!
