Hey Guys
Hope everyone is doing well, just wanted to give a quick update on my last meet in case anyone cares lol. Totaled 1425 in the Masters Class - 460, 510, 525 called on depth but you be the judge I think it was fine. Bench 330, 340, 350 miss. Went halfway up I had nothing after and DL 530 no lift because I didnt wait for the down comman, 575 good lift and 600 a comically bad miss. Honestly I had nothing left in me and my pull has suffered alot over the past year so Ill take a 5lb PR. This is my first meet since tearing my hip flexor and Im happy to say that am still in one piece. Looking for a 550 squat, 365 bench and 600 pull come May.

Thanks Brother! I weighed in at 242 on the dot. I didnt pay attention to my weight this time around and really thought I would be hovering at 250. When I go to weigh ins the day before I was at 243.8, got down to my thongs and hit 242.0

My last meet was in May and only hit my openers it was a shit meet and a shit prep, since then I have been having some nagging injuries to the point wherein I havenāt conventionally pulled in approx 5 weeks just trap bar and squatting has been hindered as well.
